1) Account Associate, AdWords – Buenos Aires:
Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Sales and customer/client service experience a plus. Experience delivering technical or product training. 2) AdSense Associate – Buenos Aires:
Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in both Spanish and English. Marked initiative and ability to navigate through ambiguity and change. Strong communication skills and teamwork orientation. Significant problem solving and analytical abilities. 3) Human Resources Business Partner – Buenos Aires:
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Engineering, or Psychology with a strong academic record. MBA or Master’s strongly preferred. At least three years of experience as an HR Business Partner or equivalent. Strong HR generalist experience gained in organisations where HR contributes as a proactive business partner. Knowledge of compensation (including experience with payroll-related issues) and benefits. Experienced in dealing with complex Employee Relations issues. Knowledge of the Latin America market and its HR nuances a plus. Ability to suggest, develop, execute, and track success of HR projects. Hard working, well-organised and able to manage numerous projects simultaneously under deadline pressure. Good communicator, listener, and team player. Proactive and outgoing personality. 4) Partner Manager, Content Partnerships – Buenos Aires:
Requirements: BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record. MS/MBA or other advanced degree a plus. At least six years of work experience, including three years of related partner management experience in an Internet or search company or a background in media and publishing. Strong understanding of the Internet media space, search engines, and digital content business models. Ability to interpret legal documents, negotiate contracts, and work with attorneys to complete agreements. Exceptional communication and presentation skills, both in English and Spanish.
